Mivart Street Studios occupy a former Victorian factory squeezed into a residential street off St. Mark’s Road in Easton, Bristol. The large, red brick building has housed various industries over the last hundred years including aircraft construction and clothing manufacture. Today it is home to an eclectic mix of artists, makers, designers, performers, musicians, furniture makers and small businesses.
Mivart Street Open Studios: over 35 artists and designer makers take part in this annual event, which allows visitors the rare opportunity to see inside artists’ studios, purchase existing or commission new work, and to talk to the artists in person. The date for Mivart Artists Open Studios 2007 are Saturday 6 October - Sunday 7 October, 10am - 5pm.
