Hurstone Studios

Hurstone studios is an artists led group situated at Hurstone farm, Waterrow near Wiveliscombe. There is a broad range of practice among the group, and a number of common threads such as a shared interest in the natural environment, in the use of site specific materials and craft processes. This has been explored through a series of collaborative open studios, celebratory events, exhibitions, projects and seminars. School trips and educational classes are held in our educational studio. There are currently nine artist/craftspeople working in ceramics, public art, printmaking, sculpture, bookworks and painting.
