PALP is an artist led non-profit making organisation, committed to creating a professional arts forum and research, development and exhibition opportunities in West Cornwall. We aim to create links and facilitate exchanges with other professional artists and artist run organisations nationally and internationally for the benefit of both artists and the local community of a rural and geographically isolated region.
