Buildings, Studios, Workshops & Spaces

If your group is buildings based in any way – either as a gallery, studios or workshops, there are specific issues that will arise. Many groups opt to work from home or from rented premises, to avoid the pitfalls of managing a capital programme. However, even leasing premises has it’s problems in terms of responsibility for health and safety, insurance and security.
